The seed of Being is an illustrated therapeutic process that will take you through the layers of your beliefs, ideas, needs, emotions, self-critical thoughts. You will be supported in finding your own inner compass and in the process get closer to what you truly feel and believe. Isa Khalwati is a therapist, group leader and artist. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Stockholm, as well as a degree from the Swedish Academy for Psychotherapist Educations (SAPU), and is trained in Trauma therapy through Somatic Experiencing. She has dedicated the last 20 years to train and work as a therapist. She is co-creator and the creative director of Urban OM Center for inner growth in Stockholm, where she offers classes, workshops and receives private clients. She has also been part of creating Baravara and leads groups there. Isa is passionate about supporting people to step out of the personality and finding the courage to be real.
