Evolution is the role in our profession. Radiology is the most dynamic field in this respect. On reviewing past literature, we understand that the syndromes are not only surviving, but, are also proliferating and reproducing. A syndrome produces a combination of various clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory findings. Imaging provides corroborated evidence to support the diagnosis. It is important to recognize them for the patients benefit, for proper patient counseling and treatment. Many times, the radiologists is the one to suggest the diagnosis.
