School organization coordinates different activities and programmes of the school. It brings harmony between plans, practices, goals and tasks so that there is no chaos, confusion, dispute and disturbance. Coordination is essential to execute the programme effectively. School organization aims at creating suitable environment for the growth and development of children by widening their outlook, training their faculties and helping them to have proper judgement in their life. Dr. K.C. Nayak , M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, is a keen researcher and has published many research papers and articles in various national and international journals. He has been imparting education to the masses for the last twenty five years. Presently, he is the Director of a Professional Coaching and Training Institute in Bangalore. During his career, he has been a seasoned lecturer for many professional institutions. Dr. Nayak has toured many universities and participated in many seminars conducted for the uplift of education.
