The field of organizational behaviour still in its developing stage as a science, remains full of competing and conflicting models and theories. There are few laws or absolute principles that dictate proper conduct for organizational members or rather, predict with certainty their behaviour. The primary objective of this book is to provide some of the tools and insights necessary to understand and analyse the characteristic of human beings and organizational situations. It discusses basic concepts and the importance of the study of organizational behaviour focuses on key aspects of individual processes and addresses how individual, group organizational characteristics and processes are integrated to contribute to the survival of an enterprise.
