About the anand mundra was born and raised in mahatma gandhis ashrams in india. His father, who was secretary to gandhis spiritual heir, vinoba bhave, sang jnaneshwars songs to anand throughout his early childhood. A resident of the united states and former aerospace engineer, anand now brings the mytical, philosophical treasures of the marathi language to the west.
