The rights against the State were collected in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the positive rights in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. This book gives parallel provisions contained in the Constitution and various Acts in force in India. It also refers to decisions of the Supreme Court.
