Very recently, the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Acts of 1999 and 2002 have been brought in force from July 1, 2002. Some of the changes are of far-reaching effect. It is, therefore, necessary for the students, teachers, lawyers and Judges to know those amendments and the consequences likely to ensue. The author has critically discussed and analytically dealt with all the amendments in the present work. Many new topics have been added in this edition. Various topics have been discussed in detail keeping in mind the relevant decisions. The scheme has also been improved and has been made much more methodical, scientific and systematic.
