Urban Residential Neighbourhoods of Kathmandu Valley English 2022

In an area with population of 40000, there are 15 primary schools where only one is run by the government. According to the constitution of Nepal, the basic education up to grade eight is free and compulsory. The existing situation shows that Nepal's ministry of education has turned its back from its duty of providing free basic education to children of the nation.
