In the first chapter the writer gives a detailed description of the structure of two main political and social powers of Iran in Qajar that are political power of religion and spirituals and dynasty and its agents. The other chapter is "from intellectualism bureau" is about the destiny of constitutional intellectuals and "liberty" in Iran and has a fundamental relation with the first chapter. This book in two chapters and nineteen sections is one of the best historical researches on historical pathology of constitutional thought and results.
