A new concept of teaching learning has emerged out in the field of education. The concept of teaching is incomplete without learning. Teaching is the complement of learning. Teaching and learning are interrelated, integrated and interdependent. They are the two sides of the same coin. Teaching is a system of actions intended to induce learning. Learning is defined as a relatively permanent change in behaviour. Teaching activities, discovery and assignments aim to achieve cognitive, affective and psychomotor goals. These teaching activities are designed and performed to produce change in students behaviour. About Author : Manju Mishra, obtained her M.A. (Allahabad University) and M.Ed. from (bundelkand University). Currently She is engaged with reputed Public School as a senior teacher. His area of interest are mainly education and sociology. She has drafted many articles to different jouranls and magazines of repute. Her main concern is to promote education in the society.
