In our minds Krishna and Sudama are inseparable. Hundreds of books have been written on Krishna - #his life and teachings, his songs and his dance. And only some of these books talk about Sudama - his friend, companion and confidant. Presented here is a book that is based solely on Sudama's life. His philosophy and his teachings - through his simple life as a wanderer. Sometimes struggling with his larger - than - life companion, Krishna. This is an exuberant novel about Sudama's life through the eyes of Narendra Kohli, the internationally famous author of contemporary fiction. The story is mesmerising and lucid. It achieves what all of Narendra Kohli's novels set out to instill into their readers a sense of wonder! Narendra Kohli is widely acclaimed as the most prominent Hindi language author of modern times. #His contribution to Hindi literature is often compared to that of the legendary writer Premchand, while some critics believe the impact of his work to be even more significant and long - lasting.
