This comprehensive textbook introduces electrical engineering students and engineers to the various aspects of power system dynamics. It focuses on explaining and analysing the dynamic performance of such systems which are important for both system operation and planning. The aim of this book is to present a comprehensive treatise in order to study the dynamics and simulation of the power networks. After going through the complete text, the students will be able to understand fundamental dynamic behaviour and controls of power systems and to perform basic stability analysis.
