Book Summary of Philosophy Of Crime "Crime wave deceives, criminal mind perceives and criminal soul conceives." The element of criminal instinct is present in the nature since the birth of the cosmos. An effort has always been made to discover the root cause of crime but the search, so far, has been in vain. Further, the more attempts to stop crime are made, the more quantitative adn qualitative crime is emerging on every inhabited patch of the globe. The book reveals a unique fundamental cause of crime, its metaphysics and the process of salvation therefrom. The whole cosmos is one and we are an inseperable part of it. We cannot deviate from the basic law of nature nor can we flout it without being punished. The book reflects human psychology in a scientific manner, emphasizing upon the universal truth that man and the universe are not machine but a unique system of systems. About Author : Pradeep Kumar (b.1953), a member of Higher Judicial Service, graduated from Allahabad University and passed LL.B. From Agra University and thereafter, topped in U.P. Judicial Service Examination, 1979. Apart from working in regular Courts, he has been posted on deputation in U.P.Legal Aid and Advice Board and State Law Commission. Presently he is posted as Officer on Special Duty in Allahabad High Court. He has keen interest in general reading, philosophy, occult sciences, sports and music and himself is sportsman and singer. He respects all religions and believes that service to manking is the greatest service to the God. His most unique is that he does not take cooked and/or processed food, sugar, salt, milk and milk products. Hindi version of his book is published by Bharti Bhasha Prakashan, New Delhi.
