Armour of humanity ( Under the print of Ex Calibre of London), Poet Ikeda, and winning freedom. Functioned in various capacites as Depty Secretary in Ministry of Planning, Commissioner D.I. and Director Central Vigilance Commission, and Professor of HRD and Management in Ministry of Finance. Visiting professor to Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, Delhi University Faculty of law, Jamia Milia University, New Delhi, Management Development Institute Gurgaon and so on. Participated and presented several papers including 1st Asian Congress on quality and reliability, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, National Law Conference India International Centre, National Seminar on sustainable development and environinentai law, New Delhi by faculty of law Delhi University and National Law University, Bangalore and so on. Consultancy and projects done to Ministry of rural development and Ministry of environment forest, Govt. of India. Working group member of 10th Five year plan in planning commission on National Environment policy. Presently working with Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Chandigarh.
