When siblings Sunit and Niharika Welde handed over their ancestral house, Shanti Villa, for redevelopment, they expected blueprints and construction-not a skeleton beneath the bungalow's foundations. Enter Senior Inspector Saralkar, the Pune Homicide Unit's sharpest mind, flanked by PSI Motkar and ASI Sania Zirpe. The trio have their job cut out-before they find the murderer, they must identify the victim. But the forensics team's report only deepens the mystery. Why was the body buried in the lawns of the villa-was it a cover-up for an accidental death, or something more sinister? Are the Welde siblings shielding a crime committed by their parents many years ago? Or have they inherited a legacy darker than they realise?
