Bomb är trött på att explodera. Han är trött på att skrämma iväg sina vänner genom att explodera lite när som helst, av någon anledning. Så han bestämmer sig för att göra något åt det. Problemet är bara att när han försöker kontrollera sina explosioner gör det honom mer spänd och frustrerad – och när han är spänd och frustrerad, ja, då exploderar han.
