Ghiyasuddin Jamshid Kashani was undoubtedly one of the most prominent Iranian mathematicians and astronomers, but also the most prominent mathematician of his era, and his valuable works were and still are the attention of mathematics and astronomy researchers in the world. The book Risala al-Muhaitiyah should be considered a scientific masterpiece of Kashani, in which he obtained the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, i.e. pi. Pavel Lucai, the translator of this treatise into German, in his introduction while calling Kashani's work a masterpiece, writes: "In this treatise, Kashani wanted those who were not astronomers and were not familiar with hexadecimal to be able to use the number pi and he was able to convert the result of his calculations into fractions. Dehadi, which was a new invention, should be converted. This treatise, with an introduction by Yunus Karamati, has been published in the collection of heritage back copies in collaboration with Ghiyathuddin Jamshid Kashani Institute of Higher Education and Astan Quds Razavi Library.
