In this story the two friends from birth were breast-feed by a mother, in the age of sixty saw each other. "Ismat" was a woman who breast-feeds "Banu" the girl of a rich family for earning money. She also was bringing up her daughter "Iffat" in that house. These two children after spending their childhood, they went on to her unknown life.
